University At Buffalo Equestrian Team

​Beth Walkowicz is the current head coach for the third year in a row of the University At Buffalo Equestrian Team. Her experience and excellent leadership have coached the team to success and many personal victories. Her lighthearted, fun attitude along with her keen eye bring to the table a wonderful coach and rider relationship. She is the owner and trainer at Walnut Grove Farm in Alden, NY where the team currently trains. Her wide variety of horses provide the team several opportunities to learn new things both over fences and on the flat. She has brought a new perspective to the IHSA circuit and successfully coached UBET to 3rd place out of thirteen teams during the 2013 season to beat Region-leader, Cornell University, an accomplishment that could not have occurred without her. She also successfully coached 8 riders to Regional Championships 2014, with one rider going on to Zone Finals and National Championships. She graciously continues to dedicate her time and effort daily into helping UBET become better riders!
